Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Service Technicians to perform service calls, installations, label deliveries, and cheque collections within the designated geographical area of the branch. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing and adhering to the SABS Quality Procedures on a daily basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance based on calls logged in the system.
- Serve as the appointed Verification Officer, ensuring scales are verified and sealed in compliance with the SABS Quality System.
- Order necessary spare parts through the Service Manager and carry out equipment repairs.
- Install relevant software and ensure new site equipment functions correctly.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements with corporate clients to uphold high service standards.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Education: Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science or N3 with Mathematics and Physical Science.

- Experience: Prior technical experience is required.
