The South African National Space Agency (SANSA) is a public entity under the National Department of Science and Innovation (DSI).

A CALLOUT FOR VOLUNTEERS AND TRAINEES (12 MONTHS CONTRACT APPOINTMENT)

SANSA runs a Volunteer and Trainees Programme in which graduates/students who are seeking experience are offered an opportunity to acquire practical work experience through mentoring and coaching.

Eligibility

The minimum requirements for placement of Volunteer candidates are as follows:

  • Should be 35 years of age or younger at the time of submitting of application;
  • Be a South African citizen; and

Payment

  • Volunteers will receive a Travel Allowance stipend of R 2 000 per month for the purposes of covering candidates travel to and from home to SANSA Pretoria Offices during volunteer duration.
