CSA (Cricket South Africa/Company) is the national governing body for the sport of cricket in South Africa and administers all aspects of South African cricket.
A position for an IT Systems Administrator has become available. The successful candidate will be responsible for the server environment of an organization. This individual ensures daily that they are running efficiently by performing upgrades and maintenance tasks on both hardware and software, resolving technical problems, overseeing their activity levels, ensuring server security, and developing new system structures where necessary.

- Responding to Logged IT Incidents
- Privileged Account creation and review
- Server Availability
- Network Support
- Server Administration and Support
- Azure and Exchange Online Support
- IT Security Management
- Patch Management
- Backup and Continuity Reporting
- Manage IT Service Providers
- Cloud
- Project support
Qualifications and experience:
- A National Diploma in Information Technology (NQF6) or equivalent qualification.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (NQF7) or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
- Azure or MCSE international certification or equivalent qualification.
- Network+ or CISCO certifications (NQF 5) or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in IT Server Management.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in troubleshooting IT queries with experience in server and network management.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with IT Security management
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a multi-Site environment will be an advantage.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in ITIL disciplines is advantageous.
- Project management experience will be an advantage.
