Additional Benefits:
- Work Experience: Bursary recipients are expected to work at Cipla during specified vacation periods. The exact details will be discussed with the selected students.

Renewal and Selection:
- One-Year Funding: The bursary is awarded for one academic year at a time.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- South African citizen
- Between 18 and 28 years old
- Completed Matric
- Currently studying in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or later year of a relevant qualification in 2025
- Minimum overall average of 70% for the most recent year of study
- Registered at a recognised and accredited South African public tertiary institution
- Must be willing to participate in vacation work during holidays
- Willing to apply to the Cipla Graduate Skills Programme after graduation
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Highly motivated
