These positions exist within the Momentum Metropolitan Centre of Excellence which was established to create one health capability across Momentum Metropolitan with a client focused philosophy, designing solutions based on the segments’ different client needs and value propositions.
The programme is a work based learning programme that assists graduates to prepare for the workplace and promotes access to increased employment opportunities within the Medical Aid Administration and Insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to Human Capital Business Partners (this may include, but is not limited to all Recruitment-related activities, liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, General Administrative support).
- A willingness to spend time in various Business Units to learn and better understand the full Human Capital Business Partnering processes and offering.
- Acquiring the relevant practical experience and knowledge of the Human Capital environment.
- Learning to use various company systems as well as the understanding of operational processes.
- Displaying a willingness to learn corporate values and technicalities.
- Timeous completion of logbooks for workplace based learning.
- Demonstrating commitment to working in the Human Capital environment as well as Health Administration environment.
- Demonstrating commitment in attending all identified Learning and Development courses.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver on service level agreements applicable to clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility
- Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service
- Continuously monitor turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance client service delivery
- Drive client service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards in order to ensure that clients receive appropriate advice and after sales service.
- Manage client query processes and ensure that queries are tracked, accurately resolved and used as a mechanism to improve client service and business processes
- Build strong relationships through providing specialist know-how and leadership to others, expressing positive expectations.
- Continuously develop own expertise in terms of industry and subject matter development and application thereof in an area of specialisation.
- Positively influence and manage change and offer specialist support where required.
- Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas and involvement of colleagues and staff.
- Participate and contribute to a culture of work centric thinking, productivity, service delivery and quality management.
- Take ownership for driving career development
Requirements:
- Valid Matric Certificate.
- Completed a Bachelor’s Degree or 3 year National Diploma in: Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / Learning and Development.
- Should not be studying fulltime for the duration of the programme.
- South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
- Must be able to commute to the workplace on their own.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
