Lynca Meats invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2025.

Artisan Learnerships Overview:

  • Programme Objective: The learnership is designed to equip learners with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in trades such as engineering, construction, electrical, and mechanical fields.
  • Mentorship: Participants will receive mentorship and training, along with exposure to real-world work scenarios, to help them become skilled artisans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in on-the-job training under the guidance of qualified artisans.
  • Gain practical experience in your chosen trade.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards in the workplace.
  • Assist in maintenancerepair, and installation of machinery and equipment.

Available Artisan Occupations:

  1. Millwright
  2. Electrician
  3. Mechanical Fitter
  4. Boilermaker
  5. Welder
  6. Fitter and Turner
  7. Automotive Motor Mechanics

Minimum Requirements:

  • N2 with a pass in all 4 subjects, or
  • NCV Level 2-4, or
  • Grade 9 with 50% pass in Mathematics and Physical Science, or
  • Grade 9 with 50% pass in relevant technical subjects.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.

  4. Latest academic results
  5. Cover letter detailing your motivation for applying and why you are interested in an artisan career.
