Lynca Meats invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2025.
Artisan Learnerships Overview:
- Programme Objective: The learnership is designed to equip learners with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in trades such as engineering, construction, electrical, and mechanical fields.
- Mentorship: Participants will receive mentorship and training, along with exposure to real-world work scenarios, to help them become skilled artisans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in on-the-job training under the guidance of qualified artisans.
- Gain practical experience in your chosen trade.
- Adhere to health and safety standards in the workplace.
- Assist in maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment.
Available Artisan Occupations:
- Millwright
- Electrician
- Mechanical Fitter
- Boilermaker
- Welder
- Fitter and Turner
- Automotive Motor Mechanics
Minimum Requirements:
- N2 with a pass in all 4 subjects, or
- NCV Level 2-4, or
- Grade 9 with 50% pass in Mathematics and Physical Science, or
- Grade 9 with 50% pass in relevant technical subjects.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
