Job Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple departments by ensuring smooth daily operations, enhancing administrative processes, and contributing to the overall success of the team. You will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, assisting in various administrative duties, including scheduling, data entry, correspondence, and record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support to various departments.
- Familiarize quickly with workflows, policies, and departmental requirements.
- Handle tasks like scheduling, data entry, correspondence, and maintaining records.

Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
- At least 1 year of experience in a general administrative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office tools such as scheduling tools and filing systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
