Learnership Overview
This learnership is tailored for individuals who have completed a Diploma in Finance and wish to gain hands-on experience in financial advisory services. Preference will be given to candidates with additional financial planning qualifications or those who have obtained the RE5 certification.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Service Delivery Focus:
- Assist in the activation, conversion, and fulfillment of sales for both new and existing customers.
- Provide high-quality, personalized service to enhance customer relationships.
Sales Conclusion and Activation:
- Utilize financial knowledge to ensure a smooth sales process and address customer sales-related queries efficiently.
Customer Experience Management:
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and manage transactional activities effectively.
- Analyze and report trends for continuous improvement in customer service.
Risk and Governance Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to National Credit Act (NCA), Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), and Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) legislation.
- Investigate and escalate credit and fraud referrals as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed a Diploma in Finance.
- Preference will be given to candidates with financial planning qualifications or RE5 certification.
