Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting product trials, conducting analyses, capturing data, and assisting in administrative tasks related to pet food product development. Reporting to the R&D Executive, this role will allow the intern to contribute meaningfully to RCL FOODS’ innovative pet food development projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: BSc in Animal Science
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and discipline skills
- Ability to self-manage tight deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing artwork briefs, conducting trials, testing shelf-life samples, and compiling reports.
- Performing administrative duties, including:
- Master data and project workflow management.
- Specifications and formulation verification.
- Approval processes and capturing relevant data on the system.
- Organizing and managing:
- Artwork process validation.
- Product trial arrangements.
- Capturing trial data and compiling reports.
- Arranging sample materials for trials and marketing samples.
- Assisting with product optimization initiatives.
