About the Packaging Technical Trainee Programme
The Packaging Technical Trainee Programme is a structured 18-month training programme designed to equip graduates with essential technical skills and hands-on experience. This programme also introduces trainees to SAB’s company culture and operational principles, preparing them for immediate allocation of responsibilities upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the theory, principles, and operation of Packaging equipment in the Packaging Hall.
- Participate in projects aligned with brewery priorities and the training programme requirements.
- Apply VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) principles to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Diagnose systemic and situational problems, perform troubleshooting, and implement solutions.
- Engage in Packaging team structures, including taking on acting leadership roles.
- Communicate learnings and solutions across various levels of the business.
Minimum Requirements
- BSc or BTech (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years of Packaging Experience.
