About the role

As a Client Engagement Agent, you will play a vital role in shaping and optimizing client engagement throughout the entire lifecycle. Leveraging your expertise in data, systems, and client engagement practices, you will support, track, and develop impactful programmes, campaigns, and prompts. You’ll also conceptualize, design, and implement foundational CRM solutions tailored to specific communication strategies and business requirements. This role offers an opportunity to drive meaningful connections and deliver measurable improvements in client relationship management.

Experience

Minimum:

  • 3+ yrs. technical CRM experience in a client relationship environment or business engineering to understand data, modelling, selection, systems, and integration points in respect of a client centric view.
  • Operating in an environment practicing Agile methodology.

A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Similar

  • 3+ years’ experience in CE to understand data, modelling, selection, systems, and integration points in respect of a client centric view.

About the role

As a Visual Communications Designer: Brand Design at Capitec, you’ll help shape and evolve our brand through impactful visual storytelling. Working across marketing and digital campaigns, you’ll design compelling assets that align with our brand identity. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and stakeholders to create engaging content for various platforms while ensuring consistency and innovation. If you have a strong design background and a passion for branding, we’d love to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 8+ years’ experience in an advertising and communications environment with a specific exposure in an advertising agency / internal studio environment as a copywriter.
  • At least 2 – 5 years’ experience in a digital agency
  • Experience in the application of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in mobile app development (user interface design etc.)
  • Experience in web animation
  • JIRA experience working in sprints
  • 3D & animation development
  • Prototyping and user testing
  • Experience in working in a high-performance team, dealing with volumes (fast-paced and high-pressure environment)

About the role

As a Marketing Manager at Capitec Bank, you will be the driving force behind our integrated marketing plan and program. You will play a key role in understanding our market landscape and clients’ needs, acting as a strategic marketing partner to business stakeholders and Business Unit Executives.

In this role, you will assess business challenges, propose effective marketing solutions, and guide the development of comprehensive marketing plans across various business units. Your primary goal will be to meet business objectives by acquiring and optimizing quality clients through innovative and impactful marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for crafting and executing integrated marketing strategies that ensure the right message reaches the right client at the right time and through the right channels, supporting our products and services while enhancing Capitec’s market presence.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 10+ years marketing experience in a large, complex and client focussed organisation
  • 5+ years in middle to senior management
  • Managing a team for at least 5 years

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management (Ideal would be a post graduate degree or diploma)
  • Any other business or marketing related major would be applicable.
  • Qualifications in Performance marketing would be a plus
