About the Internship:
The HR Intern will gain practical exposure by providing efficient administrative support and service to the business, in line with company policies and procedures. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, HR administration, and training coordination.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A 3-year National Diploma in Human Resources Management is essential.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (an additional language is an advantage).

- Highly motivated, proactive, and a forward-thinker.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively both in a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment, Selection, and Employment Contracting:
- Scheduling interviews with shortlisted applicants.
- Applicant vetting according to company policy.
- Scheduling medicals.
- Collation of applicant documentation and information.
2. HR Administration:
- Scanning of employee documentation for digital filing.
- Assisting in the collation of payroll documentation.
- Capturing payroll information monthly.
- Updating relevant databases.
- Generating reports as required.
3. Training and Development Coordination:
- Organizing meetings, venues, and equipment.
- Coordinating training authorizations with line management.
- Maintaining training documentation and records.
- Assisting in preparations for disciplinary procedures and CCMA cases.
