About the Role
As an Agent in Recoveries Administration, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective query resolution services to clients, third parties, and branches. Your primary focus will be on handling queries related to Capitec Bank’s handed-over and debt review clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Query Resolution: Provide effective solutions to client queries related to handed-over and debt review accounts.
- Client and Branch Support: Support branches and third parties by offering accurate and timely query resolution services.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain high standards of administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience Required
Minimum Experience
- 2 years’ relevant working experience in banking, administration, or retail administration.
Ideal Experience
- Capitec Bank experience is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to an environment of client service excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate.
Ideal or Preferred Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Minimum Knowledge
- General office systems and administration practices.
- Client service standards and principles.
- National Credit Act (NCA).
- Estates Act.
- Understanding of the business environment related to service providers.
Ideal Knowledge
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank’s service environment.
Skills Needed
- Communication Skills – Effective verbal and written communication.
- Computer Literacy – Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Business Writing Skills – Crafting clear and professional business correspondence.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of administration.
- Administration Skills – Efficiently managing office and administrative tasks.
