Toyota Boshoku South Africa (TBSA) is calling on qualified individuals and recent graduates to apply for their 24-month Graduate Internship Programme.
Position: Graduate Pragramme 2025/2027
Duration: 24 Months Contract
Main Purpose of the job:
Toyota Boshoku South Africa (TBSA) is offering a Graduate Development Programme (GDP) for suitably qualified and unemployed graduates. The programme provides participants an opportunity to gain on the job practical work experience and mentorship for a period of 24 months.
Preferred field of study: Degree in the following streams
- Engineering: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Computer or Mechatronic.
- Accounting or Financial Management
- Human Resources: Bachelor of Art or LLB
- Information Technology: Software Development or Computer Sciences
Requirements:
- Be South African citizen
- Must not be part of a GDP or have previously partaken in a GDP
- Have completed their qualifications in the field as listed above.
- Have an average mark of 65% or higher (advantageous)

- Certified copy of Qualification
- Certified copy of most recent academic record
