Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in design management, construction, or project management within the hospitality sector.
• Registration with SACPCMP as a PrCPM or equivalent international institution (advantageous).
• Experience in managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and bulk services is an advantage.
• Strong experience in site work and collaborating with professional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking software.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
• South African citizenship or valid work permit for South Africa.
• A valid passport is required.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the interior refurbishment projects for our diverse client base. This role combines expertise in design, architecture, construction, and project management to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage interior refurbishment projects, from initial design concepts to final handover, ensuring all project goals are met.
• Client Liaison: Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring that client expectations are aligned with project objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:
