Travel Administrator Internship
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff or clients. Preparing and managing travel itineraries and schedules. Tracking travel expenses and processing reimbursements. Communicating with travel vendors or agencies to secure bookings. Assisting with visa applications or travel documentation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace for managing itineraries and reports. Familiarity with travel booking platforms (e.g., Concur, Expedia, or corporate travel systems) or willingness to learn. Basic understanding of expense tracking or budget management for travel costs. Ability to use scheduling tools or calendar software for coordinating travel plans. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage complex travel schedules and logistics. Strong attention to detail for ensuring accurate bookings, itineraries, and documentation. Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities: Assisting with budget preparation, expense tracking, or financial reporting. Processing invoices, payments, or reimbursements. Maintaining financial records and databases. Supporting audits or reconciliations by organizing documentation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with financial software or willingness to learn. Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., debits/credits, financial statements, budgeting). Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records. Knowledge of financial reporting or reconciliation processes is a plus.

ICT Internship

Responsibilities: Assisting with network and system maintenance (e.g., updates, backups). Providing technical support to staff for hardware/software issues. Monitoring IT systems for performance and security alerts. Documenting IT processes or maintaining asset inventories. Supporting the setup of user accounts, permissions, or devices.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of network administration (e.g., LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, or macOS) and server management. Proficiency in IT support tasks, such as troubleshooting hardware/software issues. Experience with or willingness to learn IT management tools. Understanding of cybersecurity basics (e.g., firewalls, antivirus software, user access controls).
