1. Library & Media/Study Centre Trainee

• Reference: Bok/05/2025
• Duration: 18 Months
• Stipend: R4236.00 per Month
• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Information Science

Key Duties:

• Maintain computer library database
• Order and manage media resources
• Assist learners with media computers
• Track media centre attendance
• Perform administrative duties

2. Receptionist Trainee

• Reference: Bok/06/2025
• Duration: 18 Months
• Stipend: R4236.00 per Month
• Minimum Qualification: N6 Management Assistant certificate

Key Duties:

• Manage reception and telephone queries
• Organize filing and communication
• Handle messages and front desk operations

3. Administrative Trainees (x2 Posts)

• Reference: Bok/04/2025
• Duration: 18 Months
• Stipend: R4236.00 per Month
• Minimum Qualification: N6 Management Assistant certificate

Key Duties:

• Print class registers
• Capture and update marks
• File and archive documents
• Support personnel administration
