Department: Public Safety Services
- Trainee Traffic Officer
- Duties: Enforce applicable legislation (NRTA 93/96 & NLTA 5/2009), enforce municipal by-laws, execute traffic plans and programs.
- Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Code B driving license
- Relevant Traffic Warden qualification
- 0-2 years of traffic warden experience
- No criminal record
- Physically and mentally fit
- Firearm proficiency (advantageous)

- Learner Law Enforcement Officer
- Duties: Conduct patrols to prevent crimes, respond to calls, assess emergencies, control critical incidents, and enforce laws and regulations.
- Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Basic Law Enforcement qualification/Peace Officer (Traffic Warden, Traffic Officer, or SAPS) from an accredited training institution
- Code B driving license
- No criminal record
- Firearm proficiency (advantageous)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
