ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an 18-month Technical Trainee programme designed to give engineering graduates practical exposure to packaging production operations within a brewery environment.
The programme combines hands-on learning, self-study, troubleshooting, project participation, and operational experience. Successful trainees will develop technical capability and gain experience working with packaging equipment, production systems, and packaging teams across multiple brewery sites.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
• Candidates with a BSc, BTech, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Applicants with at least 2 years of packaging experience
• South African citizens with legal work authorisation
• Candidates willing to relocate or work across different sites in South Africa
