Purpose of the Role
This program aims to provide youth with professional, efficient, and effective operational and technical functions within various business areas. Participants will engage in a structured learning program designed to enhance their skills and experience in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience, and Competencies
Qualifications:
- Matriculation Certificate.
- TVET/FET qualification in a relevant discipline.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of general hygiene practices.
- A desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Focus on service excellence and customer relations.
Skills:
