Pepkor: Human Resources Administrator Internship
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across a range of Human Resources activities and processes
- Assist with the coordination, administration and follow-up of learnerships, training initiatives and people-related activities
- Support the HR team with reporting, record keeping and document management to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, employee communication and general HR administration
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and business initiatives as required
- Compile and maintain monthly HR reports and trackers
- Support the team with planning, scheduling and follow-up of key HR activities and deadlines
- Gain practical workplace exposure across various HR functions to support learning and development
Requrements
- Degree or Diploma in:
- Human Resource Management,
- Office Administration,
- or a related field
- Must have completed and graduated with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Must not currently be a beneficiary of any SETA-funded programme
- Must be between the ages of 18 – 35 years
Skills and Competencies
Systematic, organised and thorough in approach
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Google Suite advantageous)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work with urgency and manage deadlines effectively
Flexible and willing to support a variety of tasks and responsibilities
Ability to follow up on requests and provide timely feedback
