Role Summary
The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for various HR administrative functions. These include:
- Employee records management (CSA, legislation, leave administration, medical aid, employee wellbeing, etc.).
- Assisting with payroll-related functions, including casual staff payments.
- Filing and documentation management.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Interacting with employees, management, external stakeholders, and the public.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this internship, applicants must:
- Hold a National Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Have an NQF Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
- Not have prior work experience (as this is an internship role).
- Be willing to participate in a structured learning programme provided by Netcare.
