The Necsa Group, through the Necsa Learning Academy, is inviting applications for the Graduate in Training Programme 2026.

This is a 24-month Graduate Researcher Programme aimed at attracting and developing bright, ambitious graduates in science and engineering.

The programme is suitable for graduates who want to build meaningful careers within nuclear sciences, applied radiation, applied chemistry and related technology sectors.

The Graduate in Training Programme offers emerging scientists and engineers a platform to gain practical experience, professional growth and exposure to multidisciplinary environments across the Necsa Group.

Participants will receive guided mentorship and work on real technological challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must be South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35.

Applicants must have relevant qualifications such as:

Degree in Chemistry.

Degree in Engineering or Science.
