Location: Piet Retief, Mpumalanga
This role involves providing administrative support with a focus on Adumo processing, Health & Safety documentation management, and assisting with general payroll-related queries to ensure efficient and compliant operations
Responsibilities and Duties:
Capture and process Adumo transactions accurately and timeously
Maintain and organise Health & Safety files in line with compliance requirements
Assist with resolving basic payroll queries and escalate where necessary
Maintain accurate employee and administrative records
Support payroll administration processes and documentation control
Ensure all filing systems (digital and manual) are kept up to date and well organised
Liaise with internal departments to obtain required information
Assist with audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation
Support general administrative tasks within the Payroll division
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
Requirements
✓Drivers’ License: Code 08 (advantageous)
✓Matric / Grade 12
✓1–2 years’ administrative experience
✓Experience with Adumo systems (advantageous)
✓Knowledge of basic payroll processes (advantageous)
✓Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
✓Strong organisational and administrative skills
✓Good communication skills (written and verbal)
✓Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
✓Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
✓Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
