OUTsurance: Call Centre Learnerships 2026
OUTsurance is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for its Call Centre Learnership. The learnership is a structured work-based programme, affording unemployed youth the opportunity to gain practical work experience within the company. It provides workplace exposure, skills development, and hands-on practice, helping participants build relevant experience and prepare for future careers in their chosen occupations.
The successful applicants will enter into a fixed term Learnership agreement for 12 months (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend. This is a learning opportunity for the unemployed that has a passion for call centre and would like to gain experience in order to pursue a career in the Financial and Insurance industry
Eligibility Requirements
- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- Bachelor’s Degree or a Equivalent NQF Qualification (Essential)
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Be a South African citizen
- Not previously on a Learnership
- Be between the ages of 18 & 35
- Be currently Unemployed

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Takes initiative
- Engages professionally
- Adapts and responds positively to change
- The ability to multitask and handle stress
- Communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn
- Basic Computer Literacy will be an added advantage
