Requirements

• ✓Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
• ✓Valid Code B Drivers licence with PDP (Essential);
• ✓Minimum 2 years’ professional driving experience (preferably in crew/staff transport environment) (Essential);
• ✓Willing to shifts, weekends and public holidays;
• ✓Medically fit;
• ✓Basic vehicle maintenance;
• ✓Road traffic laws and regulations.

Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair has a vacancy for a Driver at our Head Office in Bonearo Park. The successful applicant will report to the Facilities Manager.

Job Description

Operations;

Safely transport crew and staff between airports, training centres, hotels, and other designated points;

Assist with ad-hoc collections and deliveries as required;

Ensure punctuality to meet operational schedules;

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any defects or irregularities;

Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times;

Monitor service schedules and licensing renewals to ensure compliance;

Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and trip details, and ensure timely submission of receipts and reports;

Follow company safety, security, and road safety regulations at all times;

Stakeholder Engagement;

Deliver consistently professional, courteous, and customer-focused service to all crew and staff members.
