About the Opportunities

The FNB Graduate Team is looking for nontraditional thinkers and innovative, self – starting contributors who can get the job done efficiently, exceed customer expectations and live up to our promise of real help. If this sounds like you, apply for the FNB Graduate Development Programe by submitting your CV and latest academic transcript.  

Graduates join specific business units across our retail and commercial banking segments in teams working on credit analytics, product development, process and technology development, financial, fraud and risk analysis, customer experience, usability, brand and financial management roles, just to name a few.

Graduates work in a full-time role and participate in monthly training sessions as well as an action learning project as part of the Graduate Development Programme.

Currently completing the final year of relevant university programs, particularly in the BSc and Commerce faculties, with a focus on the following programs:

  • Actuarial Science,
  • Maths,
  • Statistics,
  • Engineering,
  • Physics,
  • Information Systems,
  • Computer Science,
  • Chemistry,
  • Data Science,
  • UX (usability and customer experience),
  • or related fields.

FNB Engineering & Technology Graduate Programme

  • Currently completing the final year of relevant university programs, particularly in the Technology or Engineering fields.

FNB: Private Banking and Advisory Graduate Academy Programme

Completed FAIS accredited NQF level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in BCom:

  • Investments,
  • Financial Planning,
  • Estate Planning,
  • Financial Management,
  • Accounting
  • Economics
