Programme Overview
Kick-start your career with Pick n Pay’s UIF Skills Programmes. Gain practical workplace experience, develop valuable retail skills and build a pathway to future employment through structured learning and on-the-job training.
Duration: 6 – 12 Months contract
Learning Model: Blended Learning (Online + In-store Practical Experience)
What You Will Gain

Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Aged between 18–40 years of age
- Be a South African citizen
- Currently unemployed
- Passion for customer service, retail and food
- Willing to work retail trading hours
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to completing a 6 – 12 months development programme

Freshrize
- Turn your passion for baking into a career while learning from experienced bakery teams in a real retail environment.
- You’ll gain: Bakery production skills. Food preparation experience. Customer service expertise. Practical workplace exposure
