Programmme Overview

Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa runs a highly successful 1-year Training Program for Young Professionals from various fields of study. These young professionals are provided with an invaluable opportunity to gain practical experience and training.

Fields of study

We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated graduates, with qualifications in the following fields of study.

• Logistics / Supply Chain
• Human Resources
• Law
• Business Management
• Industrial Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Chemical Engineering 
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering

Requirements / Eligibility to Apply:

• Applicants are required to have successfully completed their Degree with an overall average percentage of 65% or higher.
• Applicants who have not yet completed their studies will not be considered for the program.
• Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
