About the Graduate Development Programme
Rand Water’s Graduate Development Programme is a 24-month structured initiative aimed at grooming the next generation of engineering professionals to support sustainable water management. The programme integrates technical training, applied research, digital innovation, and field/lab work to prepare graduates for leadership roles in the water sector.

Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) in:
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- South African citizen with a valid South African ID
- Unemployed with no prior work experience in the relevant field
- Under the age of 35 (per National Skills Development Strategy III)
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license (advantageous)

- Certified copy of South African ID
- Certified copy of driver’s license (if applicable)
