Responsibilities

  • As a Saint-Gobain Graduate, your core responsibilities will include delivering specific tasks on assigned operational, commercial or business projects in collaboration with managers and project-based role players.
  • Depending on your placement, you will investigate business matters, analyse information, apply practical problem-solving and support relevant tools and processes.
  • Your role involves providing support, participating in project meetings, preparing accurate reports and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Additionally, you will research market trends, build effective working relationships and stay updated on developments within your field to ensure best practices are applied.

Requirements

  • Recent Graduates Welcome: If you have completed a relevant bachelor’s degree within the last two years, this programme could be for you. Opportunities are available across Engineering, Commercial and General disciplines. We value your fresh perspective, potential and enthusiasm, so extensive work experience is not required.
  • Relevant Qualifications: 
  1. Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial and related Engineering disciplines.

  • Passion Over Experience: No previous work experience is required. We are looking for curious, motivated individuals who are ready to learn, contribute and help improve our operations and business performance. A strong academic record, with an average of 65% or higher, will help you stand out.
  • Communication and Digital Skills: A good command of written and spoken English, together with basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, will help you collaborate effectively and contribute to meaningful projects from the start.
  • Eligibility: Applicants must be South African citizens and meet the relevant qualification requirements for their chosen graduate stream
