About the IUCMA Graduate Internship Programme
This is a 24-month internship programme designed to offer practical, work-based experience to unemployed graduates in various fields relevant to water resources and public sector administration. Interns will receive a monthly stipend in line with IUCMA’s policy.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens
- Be 35 years or younger
- Be unemployed graduates
- Hold a relevant post-school qualification
- Have achieved a minimum of 60% average in their final year
- Not have previously participated in any internship programme
- Be willing to undergo personnel suitability checks

- Detailed CV with at least 3 contactable references
- Certified copies of ID, driver’s license, and qualifications
- Academic record (endorsed, if not yet graduated)
