We’re looking for exceptional early-career talent with strong technical grounding who want to build that skill set from day one. You’ll start by mastering our technology architecture, data principles, and ways of working alongside our tech team. Then you’ll apply what you’ve learned in a project squad, tackling a real business challenge, digitally led from the ground up. Global exposure. Meaningful responsibilities. What You’ll Do:

Year 1: Build your foundation

• Learn Ninety One’s technology architecture, data principles, and tools
• Work closely with the tech team on real projects
• Build and deploy tech-enabled solutions
• Develop AI-powered products and workflows

Year 2: Connect it across the business

• Join a cross-functional project squad
• Help modernise a real piece of the business, one project at a time
• Bring a technology lens to non technology challenges

Requirements

You should consider applying if you have:

• A Degree in any of the following: 

1. Data Science,
2. Computer Science,
3. Engineering,
4. Information Systems,
5. Actuarial Science,
6. Statistics,
7. Mathematics – technical orientation,
8. or a related field

• A strong academic record
