What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the in-store technical support team, you will:
- Support customers with technical queries relating to phones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and other technology products
- Troubleshoot basic software and hardware-related issues
- Assist customers in understanding and using their devices more effectively
- Provide professional, friendly, and solution-driven customer support in-store and telephonically
- Escalate complex issues where required
- Maintain accurate customer and repair records
- Work closely with store teams and technical specialists to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Participate in a structured rotational training programme across different business areas
- Travel to different stores when required to support operational needs
- Work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods
