What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the in-store technical support team, you will:

  • Support customers with technical queries relating to phones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and other technology products
  • Troubleshoot basic software and hardware-related issues
  • Assist customers in understanding and using their devices more effectively
  • Provide professional, friendly, and solution-driven customer support in-store and telephonically
  • Escalate complex issues where required
  • Maintain accurate customer and repair records
  • Work closely with store teams and technical specialists to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Participate in a structured rotational training programme across different business areas
  • Travel to different stores when required to support operational needs
  • Work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods
