The Public Investment Corporation (PIC) invites high-performing, motivated graduates to apply for its Graduate Development Programme, a structured pathway designed to develop the next generation of investment professionals. Through targeted learning and practical workplace exposure, participants will acquire the technical knowledge, professional capabilities and industry experience required to contribute effectively to the asset management sector and support South Africa’s economic growth and development objectives.
The PIC Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is a structured workplace development initiative that supports the transition of high-potential graduates from academic study into professional careers within the asset and investment management sector. The programme combines targeted learning interventions, practical on-the-job experience, mentorship and exposure to relevant business functions across the PIC.
Minimum Requirements
- Completed or studying towards a minimum NQF7 qualification from an Accredited Institution of Higher Learning
- No prior participation in a similar graduate programme.
- A strong desire to work in financial services (Asset and Investment management)
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
