About the Internship

Postbank is offering a 12-month Graduate Internship Opportunity designed to provide in-depth exposure to board-level functions and strategic assignments. Reporting directly to the Postbank Board Chairperson, this internship offers a rare opportunity to contribute to real business challenges and policy development within the banking sector.
Purpose of the Role
This programme targets postgraduate degree holders in Finance or Business Studies and aims to provide practical exposure and development within the corporate governance setting. You will assist with research, report writing, policy review, and presentations while learning from executive-level leaders and observing governance operations first-hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and strategic analysis to support Postbank Board functions
- Prepare and present reports, papers, and key presentations
- Contribute to high-level projects and strategic initiatives
- Gain exposure to governance structures and banking regulations

Minimum Requirements
Qualification:
- Completed Postgraduate degree in Finance or Business Studies

- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong writing and verbal communication abilities
- Professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct
- Ability to create and deliver presentations

- Willingness to travel locally if required
