Motus Retail is looking for a motivated, customer-focused and commercially minded Trainee: Finance to join our dealership network on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or suitably qualified individual to gain practical, hands-on experience in the Finance environment while learning from experienced Finance Manager professionals.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in relevant workplace learning and development activities during the 12-month contract. This 12-month opportunity offers the successful candidate the chance to gain valuable practical experience, develop industry-specific knowledge and build a strong foundation for a career in Finance within Motus Retail.

Requirements

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance.
• Valid South African driver’s license.

Skills and Competencies

• Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop.
