About the Rohlig Grindrod YES Programme 2027

The Rohlig Grindrod YES Programme provides unemployed young South Africans with an opportunity to gain practical workplace exposure and develop skills that can improve their future employability.

Successful candidates will commence the programme in 2027 and will be placed at one of Rohlig Grindrod’s offices across South Africa.

The available placement locations are:

• Sandton, Gauteng
• Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
• Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape
• Cape Town, Western Cape

Who Can Apply?

Applicants interested in the Rohlig Grindrod YES Internship Programme must meet the following requirements:

• Be a South African citizen.
• Be 35 years old or younger.
• Be currently unemployed.
• Have completed Grade 12/Matric.
• Have achieved at least 50% in English.
• Have achieved at least 50% in Mathematics.
• Must not have previously completed a YES Programme.
