Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support.
- File documents and respond to clients and employees’ queries.
- Screen potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for vacancies.
- Schedule interviews and confirm applicant’s availability.
- Assist with the onboarding of the new recruits.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, functions, catering (including lunch and refreshments), flights, accommodation, etc.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Perform all other HR related ad-hoc duties.
Requirements: Other Available Opportunities:
- Diploma in HR / Human Resources

- Fully computer literate (all MS Office packages).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and office protocol.
- Adheres and implements Rheinmetall Denel Munitions Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance to ISO Standards with respect to SHE/Quality/Environmental/Energy.
