Are you an IT graduate looking for hands-on work experience in a professional environment? Casidra SOC Ltd, a public enterprise of the Western Cape Government, is offering a 6-month Work Integrated Learning Opportunity for a motivated and recently qualified IT graduate.
This is your chance to gain real-world experience while supporting agricultural and economic development in the Western Cape through Casidra’s renowned project management excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As the IT Graduate Intern, you will:
- Troubleshoot and resolve user IT queries
- Install and configure software and hardware for desktops/laptops
- Maintain and support system backups and desktop upkeep
- Provide remote IT support to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with asset documentation and frequently asked technical solutions
- Offer support to Casidra offices, including remote locations
Minimum Requirements
- Recently completed IT qualification (A+ or N+)
- MCSE qualification (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of:
- MS Windows & MS Office
- TCP/IP, printers, and desktop hardware
- Good fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multi-task, use initiative, and work under pressure
