AVBOB is offering a 12-month Business Administration Learnership (NQF Level 4) in its Member Rewards division for unemployed people. 2 positions at the Centurion head office; learners must be willing to work at AVBOB offices in other provinces/branches if placed there. A monthly stipend is paid for the duration of the learnership.

• Valid Matric certificate with English and Maths, Maths Literacy or Accounting
• Aged 18 to 35
• South African citizen
• No previous learnerships attended
• Not registered for any other studies
• Reliable mode of transport
• Computer skills (MS Office, email, internet)
• Excellent communication skills
• Smart phone and/or laptop advantageous
