The Gauteng Department of Health invites applications for the Gauteng College of Nursing 2027 Student Nurse Intake: a 3-year Diploma in Nursing at Ann Latsky, Bonalesedi, Chris Hani Baragwanath or SG Lourens campus. Requirements
- South African citizen who resides and matriculated in Gauteng
- NSC: English Level 4, Life Sciences Level 4, Mathematics Level 4 (or Maths Literacy Level 5), APS 27+
- Senior Certificate: English, Biology and Maths HG D / SG C, M-score 17
- NCV Level 4 (Primary Health): 50% fundamentals, 60% vocational subjects
- Current Grade 12 learners may apply with final Grade 11 results
Key Responsibilities
- Full-time 3-year Diploma in Nursing studies
- Clinical training in Gauteng public hospitals and clinics
- Shift work as part of clinical placements
