Manufacturing Learnership Programme 2026/2027 – Deslee Mattex

DesleeMattex is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to participate in a 12-month Manufacturing Processes Learnership Programme funded by the FP&M SETA. Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will obtain an accredited certificate at NQF Level 2 in Manufacturing Processes. Learners will receive a weekly stipend and must be willing to work shifts as required.

Requirements

• Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID document
• Must be between 18 and 35 years of age
• Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric)
• Must be registered with SARS and provide a tax reference document
• Must be willing to undergo aptitude assessments as part of the selection process
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination and drug screening
• Must have a genuine interest in the manufacturing industry and a positive attitude towards learning and personal development
• All supporting documents must be certified and not older than three (3) months at the time of placement into the programme

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all workplace learning activities as outlined in the learnership programme
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and workplace standards
• Attend and actively participate in all theoretical, practical, and workplace-based training activities
• Complete assignments, projects, and all assessment activities required throughout the programme
• Be available to undergo the final external summative assessment on the scheduled date and venue
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to completing the programme successfully
