Requirements
- Qualification that allows registration with the SANC as staff nurse.
- Proof of registration with the South African Council As staff nurse (enrolled nurses).
- Current registration with SANC as a staff nurse.
- Knowledge of health, nursing and public service legislation is recommended.
- Good communication and sound interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Verified proof of experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate basic understanding of nursing legislations and related legal and ethical nursing practices.
- Promote quality of basic nursing determined by institution.
- Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure good nursing care and positive clinical outcomes.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living(physical care).
- Measure, record and interpret of patients.
- Facilitate the elimination process.
- Willing to work shifts including night duty in different departments.
- Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self-development
