Netcare invites South Africa unemployed graduates to apply for HR Internship Programme for 2025.
Internship Application Closing Date: 03 January 2025
Internship Location: Medicross Ops Centre, South Africa
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: A three-year degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field at NQF Level 7, ideally graduated in 2023 or 2024.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of South African Labour legislation (e.g., Basic Conditions of Employment Act).
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Key Duties: Includes general HR administrative tasks (CSA, leave, filing, medical aid, employee wellbeing), meeting tight deadlines, following policies, and liaising with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
