Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in:
- Safety Management
- Environmental Health
- Industrial Safety
- Or a related qualification
- South African citizenship
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow safety protocols
- Able to work well in teams
- Willingness to work at Balmoral or Rosslyn sites
Key Internship Responsibilities
- Conducting Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA)
- Supporting SHEQ system implementation and monitoring
- Promoting a culture of workplace safety
- Assisting with incident response and reporting
- Maintaining safety documentation and ensuring compliance
