2025 Caterpillar South Africa Career Kickstart Program
Caterpillar Inc. is launching its Career Kickstart Program 2025, a 1-year graduate programme designed to develop talented individuals who are eager to make an impact across Marketing, Strategy, Product Support, Sales, and Business Development.
From day one, participants will gain access to mentorship, real-world projects, and hands-on experience that shapes innovation and sustainable solutions across Africa.
Programme Highlights
- 💼 Full-time contract: October 2025 – September 2026
- 📍 Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
- 🕒 Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, onsite 5 days per week
- 🌍 Regional and global exposure through travel
- 🚀 Work directly with industry experts and contribute to strategic projects
Minimum Requirements
- Valid passport (must be valid through September 2026)
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally
- Proficiency in MS Office / Office 365
- 1 internship completed or 1–2 years of experience
- Excellent communication, teamwork, presentation skills, and initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in:
