The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), in collaboration with the College of Cape Town, is offering a fully funded 12-month Learnership Programme in Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Support. This programme is designed for unemployed youth who want to build a career in the Contact Centre and BPO industries.
Programme Details:
- Qualification: The learnership covers foundational areas of Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support at NQF Level 3.
- Duration: 12 months (full-time).
- Location: College of Cape Town, Gardens Campus.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 04:00pm.
Minimum Admission Requirements:
To be eligible for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum qualification: NQF Level 2 or higher.
- Basic computer skills.
- Unemployed status.
- Age: Between 18 and 34 years old.
- Not currently studying at any institution or owing any outstanding fees to the College of Cape Town.
- Willing to travel to Gardens Campus 5 days a week (08:00am to 04:00pm).
- Must not have participated in a learnership programme before.
