About the DHL Learnership Programme
The learnership provides successful applicants with theoretical knowledge and workplace exposure in freight forwarding and logistics. Learners will gain hands-on experience in import and export operations, supporting back-office processes, document management, and supply chain systems.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric with 65% in English
- Ages 18–30 years old
- Must be a South African citizen
- Not currently employed or studying
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office) is advantageous
- Must meet DHL’s Employment Equity Policy requirements
What You’ll Do
- Support import/export operational processes
- Assist with documentation tasks such as receiving, filing, scanning, and reporting
- Follow DHL’s defined systems, processes, and SOPs
- Interact with team members and resolve basic task-related issues
- Help maintain operational systems under supervision
