About the Programme
Joburg City Theatres (JCT), a municipal entity of the City of Johannesburg, is offering 20 learnership opportunities to unemployed youth. The programme is designed to provide classroom training and workplace experience in technical live event production, leading to an NQF Level 4 qualification.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 10, 11, or 12 (Highest standard passed)
- Age: 18–35 years
- Must be unemployed
- Must be a City of Johannesburg resident
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technical live event production
Stipend
- R3,500.00 monthly
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following:
- Short cover letter
- Brief CV
- Certified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)
- Certified copies of certificates/results
- Proof of residence (e.g., letter from Ward Councillor)
